Terms
You will receive access to the script and associated materials when your order has been verified by 2CheckOut.com.
* One free installation per domain. It is customer's responsibility to determine web hosting provider meets the minimum system requirements. Free installation does not include reconfiguring the server. We recommend JustHost as we have tested our software on their systems. All additional installations will cost you 1/2 hour of custom work (USD $25)
** Free support until product retirement covers the initial installation of the software, troubleshooting initial installation problems (if able to do so), recommendations for hosting changes, bug fixing if not caused by 3rd party modification or improper use, configuration options, clarifications and explanations of features and proper use, and upgrade help if currently installed version has not been customized or modified.
We are unable to assist with mods, non-standard upgrades, transfers, programming help, server/hosting issues, 3rd party caused bugs or issues, and other issues beyond the scope of free support as determined by phpMyRealty. If you require assistance not covered in the support guidelines, please contact us for a time estimate and price quote.
