The main idea of this program is to offer our customers the localized version of the script with the native language support and purchase options.

For a fixed price you get the established Internet business with high potential and good reputation.

We offer an exclusive right to resell phpMyRealty.com Single Domain License and Extra Domain License in the country and on the domain name specified in the reseller agreement.

You host and own the new website and the new domain name. You collect the payments to your own account of your choice and do not share your income with our company at all. We supply you with the latest required packages and upgrades.

We keep the right to issue the license keys and may decline the license key request if the possible use of the product conflicts with the agreement.

You are allowed to resell the licenses solely in your country and on the domain name you specified in your agreement to the businesses and individuals located in this country.

We guarantee to place the link on the PMR website purchase section to your website as a localized version of PMR for a definite country (optional).

The license price you sell can not be lower than the original license price set on the phpMyRealty.com website. It is $99.95 USD for the Single Domain License. You can not sell bulk domain licenses - 25 Domains License and Unlimited Domain License.

You can not sell or transfer your reseller license to third parties or distribute licenses for free.

Each license you sell must include the original phpMyRealty.com copyrights and the original license agreement. Contact us if you want this to have only your copyrights included.

Your website has to include all the script features, hosting requirements, user's guide translated into your language, based on the original PMR website. You also have to provide the working demo of the latest version of the script.

You agree to provide free and professional support and free script installation for each license you sell. This requires a good knowledge of HTML, PHP and MYSQL. You can hire a third party developer to provide the support, though you have to sign the non-disclosure agreement with him/her and send us the signed copy of this agreement. You can do the paid script modifications for your customers.
