Super Script!
After working with this script for a few months, it really is one of the best out there when it comes to ease of use, customization and functionality. The before/after sales and 'free' lifetime tech support is great with most email responses within 24 hours - 48 hours. I put free in quotes because sometimes the harder and more time consuming modifications will cost you but more than often, their support team can solve it with a few edits to the code. Their support forum also has a wealth of info where you can ask questions and view responses to help tweak your website even more. The script itself also has various templates and language packs so it pretty much caters to everyone, no matter where you live. Overall, a great buy! You won't be disappointed.

The support is top notch!!
We checked dozens of real estate scripts and choose this one because of its features and of the lifetime support. We are astonished with both the script and the presales support. The level of commitment of the PMR support is second to none! We are not programmers, so we usually are a pain for the support teams. But in this case 100% of our support tickets were replied within 24 hours, some of them provinding even new code that improves the script functionality! Kudos for PMR!!

Great service, quick response!
We bought a custom build website for around 8000 Euro from Hyperskins in Sweden, we felt completely riped off both in in the quality of the product and the service we got. The service I received from PHPmyrealty was above expectation. Their quick response and great service, along with the fact that all coding is provided with a lot of comments make it easy to adapt the package. My intention is to have this replace my original website as I'm really satisfied with this package! Price/value=good!

Excellent Script Excellent Support
Very recently I've purchased this phpmyreality script and found it very handy to manage either single user or multi user. This script has also vast features from google maps to yahoo driving directions. add listing, manipulate anything in easy to use template system. What I like THE BEST is support provided by these guys is awesome. Quick replying to my queries, modifications etc. cheers!

Easy to customize
We searched hard for a directory to list seminar presenters and found nothing. Then we found phpmyrealty and realized it could be customized to work for us. The staff at phpmyrealty did a fabulous job for us, quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The site workes even better than we imagined. It has virtually everything we could ask for. You really can get price, service, and support, especially from these folks.

I can't say enough good things about both the software and the support. Here is a list of just some of the outstanding features: 1. PRICE! - This thing is very inexpensive. Worth 10 times what is being charged. 2. Support - The support is awesome. Quick turnaround of issues and great communication. 3. I have tested and used many scripts and this is my first review of one. The look and feel of this realty listing script is as good as the much more expensive packages. The interface is clean and easily customisable, but the most outstanding thing is the support. Have a look at the sites forums. I required significant customisation and advice for my particular site. My customised module was provided free. All my questions were answered competently - within a day. Truely outstanding.
